Pond Infill, Alton

A disused pond area at a local school was safely infilled and restored to create a practical, low-maintenance landscape. Surrounding vegetation was cut back, the existing pond liner removed, and suitable fill material imported, placed, and compacted to ensure a stable finish.

The area was then carefully graded and prepared to blend with the surrounding landscape, leaving the site ready for the school's site maintenance team to carry out seeding and establish a new grassed area ready for future projects.
