Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to weather, shipments may be delayed. In this case, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the order, delivery location, and the method of delivery selected. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For standard shipping, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within whole of United Kingdom. If you are outside of our delivery area, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.

England & Wales                        - £350 - 10-15 Business Days

Local Delivery                              - Free  - 5-10 Business Days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.

Installation Services

If you have purchased our design and installation services, we will arrange an appointment for our team to visit your property and install your garden package. We will confirm the installation date with you ahead of time.

Order Issues

If there are any issues with your order, such as damaged goods or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fernished, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden package and services. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on garden packages within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as when it was received

Please note that custom or bespoke garden designs are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and ensure the correct item is shipped to you at no additional cost.

How to Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
